Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
You may return merchandise (except cosmetics, personal care items and food items) for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery of your shipment.
A refund for the item(s) will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post a few days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on the method of return.
All items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging otherwise we will not accept them. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Personal Care and Food Items
Please note that skincare, haircare, cosmetics and food items are final sale and cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
All Sale items are final and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you find a product to be damaged or defective, we invite you to return or exchange it within 7 days of receipt at no cost to you. Please email us at email@example.com immediately with your concern so that we can make it right.
