Mara's Low-Carb Gluten-free Adlai Salad Recipe

Here's something to go lococo over! 🌿 She shared with us this recipe using Adlai, the local ancient grain that is a gluten-free, low-carb, low-glycemic alternative to rice. This vegan Mediterranean-style Adlai salad is so good, you won't believe it's so healthy!

Just cook 3 cups Adlai and combine everything.
1 tsp each of the ff: chopped parsley, basil, oregano
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 c red wine vinegar
pine nuts ( or walnuts )
Himalayan sea salt
cilantro (for garnish)
