Get your endorphins flowing with this antioxidant-rich recipe by @plantbasedpilipina. This is a breakfast that will boost your stamina without that dreaded post-breakfast bloat.
So satisfying yet so simple-- it only takes a few minutes to make.

〰️ Chocolate Chia Pudding 〰️
1 cup plant-based milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao powder
Dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp Coconut Spread with Cacao (plus more for topping)
Place all ingredients in a jar. Put the lid on, then shake vigorously to combine. Let sit for about 15 minutes before shaking again. Place in the fridge overnight. The next day, add your favorite toppings & eat straight from the jar! Or, if you prefer warm bowls, heat it on the stovetop first. Enjoy! 🌱
